For many years leading up to his 28th year , BP joked to Big Rome that if he did not have a girl by his 28th birthday, he was resigned to getting a dog. Now that that day has long since passed, our heros have taken refuge in this blog.

Who are we, and what are we doing here?

Girl or Dog dot org was born out of frustration and creative stasis. It is an outlet for the considered observations, quiet longings, primal screams and uncontrolled laughter of and about the modern world- both public and private. It’s not meant just to be a collective diary, but a conversation as well- so we’d be obliged if you would join us.
